Addtag command allows for multiple tags of the same name #9

While the addtag command does check if the tag to be added already exists in the list, it does not throw an error if the tag to be added has already been added in the same command.

It is unknown if this is by design.

It does not need to, since only one occurence of the identical tags are added.
