This pull request fixes Issue #466 by patching the Papyrus Model Explorer View, back porting the code to fix Bug 574410 which was added in a later Papyrus release.
It also renames the existing patch for the Papyrus UML properties feature, as its name was too generic, and feature patches can target one and only one feature, so the patch for the model explorer view could not be included in the same generic feature patch.
