It looks like the Papyrus Compare bundles fail to load and activate on streams/v3 because the version of the Google Guava library. Papyrus Compare seems to require [28.0.0,29.0.0) but the new target platform comes with 30.x only.

This was just a false flag occurring only in the development environment. Version 3 patches Papyrus Compare to allow for Guava 30+.
