Updated and add missing German Locals #43

Heya, just for my personal culture, what's the reason behind changing already translated variables ? Is that because the previous Translation wasn't accurate or is it because it's some sort of sustained language ?

Hi,

yes, some of the locals were not translated correctly into German or were misspelled or had incorrect hyphens, etc.

I also translated the missing locals. I have translated many add-ons over the years and am always happy to help.
