Here be things not mentioned in the issues this PR closes:

Physics world manages map colliders and their life cycle.
Code added for collision checks/callbacks.
Simulation steps reworked (it's gonna be a thing in the TDD I swear).
Physics manager now manages physics shapes (aside from primitive map colliders, aka almost everything atm).
game.js now manages marbles in an object-oriented way.
Some minor cleanup with network messages.

Referencing issues Closes #15 #70 #133
