Currently, the water (or ocean) dynamically reflects everything in the scene, including the marbles. This is devastating for performance, and thus must be altered.
Minimum Acceptance Criteria
[x] Water should never reflect name tags.
[x] Have a flag to disable the reflection of marbles.
[x] Have a flag to disable the reflection of the level.
