Description Due to differing performance on various systems, graphics settings are desired.

Minimum Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Settings UI should be available in a separate tab
[ ] Toggle marbles receiving shadows
[ ] Toggle marbles casting shadows
[ ] Toggle antialiasing

Optional

[ ] Toggle water reflections
