Description
Users that are banned from the server should not be able to participate in marble races or send messages to the discord channel through the client.
Minimum Acceptance Criteria
[x] Banned users can't participate in races.
[x] Banned users can't send messages in the game channel.
[x] Banned users should be flagged as such in the database, in case those leaderboard entries are chosen to be hidden in the future.
