Description Non-human entered marbles that join the race.

Minimum Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Bots join when there are less than a configurable amount of players connected.
[ ] Bot joins are spread across the entry period. They do not join during the waiting period.
[ ] Bots are not rewarded any points if they finish but do contribute to the point pool.

Zemanzo commented 4 years ago

This issue is blocked by #200 since we require a way to get the amount of current connected players.
