Helios Sun-kissed Theme

You've got a great start on this theme, but let's make it better. We can use this issue to keep track. I'd like:

• The colors are good, but let's tone it down a little and make the background a little less bright. Maybe consider outlines, a shadow effect or maybe even glow (where instead of grey shadow you use a brighter color on top of a dark colored background to make it look like it's glowing).
• We could really use a wireframe to show how the regions you're creating will be used. Maybe just a quick sketch. Please include the blocks that should go in each region.
• Need a Couple more images for "Branding" purposes.
  • How about creating a banner with the sun logo and and Helios in an awesome font?
  • We need a favicon too.
  • Another version of the sun for the lower right corner?
  • Also a tiny sun for use as a bullet or maybe slightly larger for the default user avatar.
  • Aa washed out version for background?
• A color palette like from http://www.colourlovers.com/ or http://www.colorschemer.com/online.html would help a lot.
