Do some trivial cleanups to the manifest file.

Patch 1 sorts the dependencies list in alphabetic order. I believe this is conventional Rust practice, either way it makes it slightly easier to read the list.
Patch 2 removes an unused dependency
Patch 3 tries to make the manifest a little more uniform by moving the 'simple' dependencies (dependencies with just a version number) into the list of dependencies.

I tried to not be opinionated about the manifest file and only include cleanups that won't be controversial. If I have not succeed in this please just say so, I will not be offended :)

Sure thing, done. I'm not totally sure of the reason, this is the commit log I wrote, is this correct?

    Bump to version 0.5.7

    We recently changed our dependencies (removing dependency on
    `bls12_381`), this implies a version bump.
