Moved to using keystore files for compatibility across chains and familiar UX

Need to test on xchain client (blocked by #3)

Might need to import into a new store and use that ? First step if testing fails is to see how foundry cast does this.

Confirmed keystore works both on for cast and xchain. And for cast it works on ganashe too.
