[Semaphore SDK] Issue 3: Initialize the repository for SDK creation #3

Create the corresponding folders for each element of the SDK. Additionally, create the corresponding index.js file for each folder. Each folder, should have their own package.json following the way the SDK is made in the original semaphore-protocol.

May I try my hand at this?I am a web3 developer/technical writer I know where to place everything on this issue. I will Create the corresponding folders for each element of the SDK and create the corresponding index.js file for each folder so each folder will have their own package .json

May I pick this up?

i would create the required folder structures
I will then copy each package.json into its respective folder
copy each index.ts into its respective src folder
create a root tsconfig.json
