docs: arbitrary database connections update #12

Closes #11.

Description

This PR updates the documentation related to graphql-server configuration via data_models_storage_config.json, and arbitrary database connections defined in data models via the optional database property. These changes were added in release 0.3.0.

In addition, a duplicated data models JSON file spec in non-developer_documentation.md has been removed. A link to setup_data_scheme.md is provided instead.

I've removed the duplicated JSON spec in the non-developer-documentation file.

Also fixed the setup_root link that was pointing to the old sciencedb domain.

All links are provided as relative paths (e.g. ./setup_data_scheme.md#json-specs). According to this Github blog post I believe it should work, but I'm not sure.

Can I have one last review before merging to master?
