feat(#125): support for wide screens #174

Closes #125.

Press W to cycle through different aspect ratios: ~4:3 (default), 16:9, 16:10.

@gmembre-zenika As you are the one who opened the issue, could you review and test?

@moreau-nicolas I selected you as a reviewer so you could check that your remote mode still works after this refactoring. Could you review too?
