Hey! I had some ideas for void items. anything in [these] is balance considerations or mechanics and anything in {these} is item display and vfx ideas.
Medkit > Bloody ImplementsRetaliate after taking damage to recover healthHitting the enemy that hurt you within 2 (+1 per stack) seconds of being hurt restores 20% of the health you lost. Corrupts all Medkits.

H3AD-5T v2 > Spurious ShackleReduce fall speed. Hold 'Interact' while airborne to pull nearby enemies down with you.Halves fall speed. Create a gravitic distortion while airborne that pulls in and stuns nearby enemies, dealing 1000% (+100% per stack) when you land. Corrupts all H3AD-5T v2s.
