Updates to the `experiment` module #146

I've branched of to https://github.com/ZEnMo/HOLON/tree/automatic-experiments-webdev for the POC. Adds some utility to the functions to make the same module workable in the cloud. Perhaps move this module over to a separate repo and then nest that repo in this repo for convenience?

Can this be closed now that you moved it to it's own repo. Or do you still want my review?

Only thing left is to merge to main with the client as submodule!

@JorritvandenHouten (cc @GillisHommen) can you check whether the submodule implementation works :ok: for you in combination with your anylogic implementation? If yes, please merge to main so that we have this module in sync between the webapp and the model repo!
