Main slider reworks ate

All interactions with the main sliders with the companyUI and vice versa have been reworked.

• Now fully operational for all sliders (except hydrogen truck slider on main interface (was disabled already). No longer errors when using main interface sliders and companyUI sliders after eachother.
• Overall quality of life improvements for the user: paused companies can not be found or adjusted now: need to be turned on first. When selected company building dissapears (due to scenario change or something) it is also no longer selected now, etc. Makes it im/less possible for the user to break the model now and cause errors (lets test it to the max).
• Model is also fully resettable now when using the scenario settings. No longer needed to reload the page to get to the same values at the start of simulation.
