GC interfering with The Betweenlands world gen #15

Running forge 1.10.2-12.18.3.2281, RTG-1.10.2-4.1.2.4, BiomesOPlenty-1.10.2-5.0.0.2162-universal, GeographiCraft-0.8.7 and TheBetweenlands-2.0.2-alpha-universal.

If i have RTG generation on, with GC it doesn't generate the betweenlands properly. If i have RTG generation on, without GC it does generate the betweenlands properly.

Same for BoP world generation; betweenlands works without GC, breaks with GC.

Default world generation is the same. Betweenlands generate properly without GC, breaks with GC.

I have tried playing with dimension blacklist in GC (excludeDimensionIDs), to see if the default includeDimensionIDs=0 wasn't working, but blacklisting 20 (while setting whitelist to *) didn't help either.

Tried setting BoPInNewDimensons false, but it didn't help. (not clear on what that should do anyway)

In a default world, with suppressInStandardWorlds=true and GC installed and it did generate the betweenlands properly. But i assume that means it is effectively shutting down GC anyway, which sounds like the cure. But why doesn't the dimension blacklist/whitelist do the same?

Did not try with no generation changes, as i assume that would make BoP biomes no longer generate in the overworld also... Not really a good solution.
