While trying this with RTG, I realized that the cobblestone part was broken. This is fixed in this PR.
I also made the replaceCobblestone to true by default, and modified the comment to tell that it will help with RTG's cobble.
You can change anything you want before merging.
PS: I forgot to reset my github mail + username before pushing... That's why it is named BuildTools.
