Add tabs/pages to Access Point GUI and add API to allow adding of new pages by other mods

The current Access Point GUI is completely full, there is no room for additional information without resizing elements. Some modifications and additions that could be useful to have:

• Better liquids interaction/display
• Ability to granularly view attached storages, and de/allocate space on Mass Storages
• Advanced recursive Autocrafting from stored items feature (in the same principle as Factorio crafting works)

In addition, it could be useful to allow other mods to add GUI elements and interact with the Access Point.

The proposed solution for all of the above is to add tabs/pages to the AP gui, and create an API to allow registering them

This issue is to track any work to that end. This feature will come after the 1.0 release, as it is outside the original feature scope of Logistica.

@backdaniel mentioning you here since you originally suggested this feature - if you have any specific suggestions or alternatively have any code for this feature, this is a good place to mention and keep track of that.

I will be working on this sometime after the 1.0 release (which will be in the next few weeks).
