Create Task - Adding Attachments #60

User should be able to attach documents while creating the task itself. This facility is now available only as an option after the Task is created, please make it available while creating the task itself.

In project and task maintained document as separate flow, because not a single document for project/task. So we create document library for each project/task, once created. Now no option when creating.
