Edit Client - Not working - Clicking on Save Changes - Screen just stays

Login to the zensilo. Click on Clients in the LHS In the list , select edit for one of the clients. Edit some values. Click on 'SAve Changes'.

Expected result; The changes should be saved and the list displayed Actual result: The edit pop-up just stays on
