In this week's meeting we discussed changes that need to be made to the XSLT and CSS for our corpus page. One of the issues that is occurring is that the text should be left aligned and the width of the text needs to be larger. The favicon is up and she is so cute, so take a look. The next tasks besides making further tweaks to the CSS and XSLT are SVG, site writing, and topic modeling continuation. We discussed the graphs that we want to be represented, so Alexis will be working on those and furthering the analysis text. Regis will continue working on topic modeling related issues. Victoria will continue working on XSLT, and Darion will continue to work on CSS. We hope that everyone is feeling good about their projects! Everything is coming together!

Something of note that I found while looking at your site, is that the Favicon only displays for the main pages, but once I start picking stories in the corpus, it disappears. What types of graphs are you going to have, and what data are we going to learn about the fairy tales? I am glad that everything is coming together and you feel good about your project, as I know in my group we feel, or at least I feel, a little dread with the ticking of the clock that rings at the end of the semester.

I see the favicon and you are correct, it is indeed cute! When tweaking the CSS one thing to keep in mind is definitely sizing and alignment. When looking at your site the colors and overall style of the site is very appealing, but one thing I noticed was, especially in your nav bars, that some of the alignments seem off (ignore this if this was a stylistic choice but) one of these major alignment issues that I noticed was with "conclusion" link on the homepage, as its below all of the other places to navigate to, making it seem a bit awkward. Other than that it looks really great so far and you've all made great progress!

Very adorable favicon!! What all are you planning on adjusting in the CSS? I agree on the sizing and alignment being good focuses, and am so excited to see what changes you come up with! Also wondering about what all is being pulled out of your data for those graphs, and about what kind of graphs you'll use in your project. I am not too familiar with different graph styles and had to do some research when we wrote response papers in representing data visually lol, so I'm curious about what you find would suit your project's data the best.. Seems like you're all doing an amazing job, almost done!! :)
