Test if the DoT portion of Shadowflame ignores the AoE Cap.

1.1 To Test

Steps to test the behavior:

  1. Group up a bunch of mobs.
  2. Use Shadowflame
  3. Compare the DoT damage vs Shadowflame used on a single target
  4. Report results
