Does warlock (Other classes aswell) quest xp scale with level.
Steps to test the behavior: Make a template warlock, do class quests and compare to wowhead. Eg. https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/quest=1689/the-binding is supposed to give 630 xp at level 10.
