1. Describe the mechanic

Does weapon skill affect Shadow Cleave's chance to hit? Can Shadow Cleave be dodged/parried?

1.1 To Test

Steps to test the behavior:

  1. Have a character with as low weapon skill as possible, 1 is preferable.
  2. Spec Demonology to Metamorphosis
  3. Ensure that you are spell hit capped
  4. Go to dummy and spam Shadow Cleave
  5. Observe miss rate, dodge rate and parry rate of Shadow Cleave
