This PR should contain Zephyr P2Pool changes that hopefully unlock validate_miner_transaction without breaking anything else or allowing malicious miner txs. Needs to be tested against the p2pool changes that I still need to make. Style changes need to be handled, and I'm sure there might be some tests that need to be added or changed still.
I will go finish the p2pool changes so I can get an instance of p2pool working against these code changes to ensure everything is smooth.
