To hide the Discord webhook URL and replace it with domain, such as https://exempel.com/Exinwqk21xca, you can create a simple proxy on your server that forwards requests to the original Discord webhook URL. This way, people will only see your domain instead of the actual Discord webhook URL, reducing the risk of someone spamming the link.
