Decompiling v53 models does not write jigglebone data to qc #26

See title, works fine on v52. the jiggle bone data is definitely there it just doesn't get written to qc. To reproduce just decompile a Titanfall 2 model with jiggle bones (pilot_light_jester_f.mdl has jiggle bones).
