Expected: Application is tailored as much as possible to CLI-inclined users. Actual: App introduces an unnecessary UI element which forces the user to use the mouse.

Actually, we are unable to reproduce this, we have set an excessively long tag but we still did not get the horizontal scroll bar. However, we think this is not in scope because the user can choose not to use the scroll bar because they can use the up/down keys to display the user information on the right.

Reason for disagreement: The team has put in little effort to triage the bug. The scrollbar can be seen simply by adding a person whose name exceeds (an unreasonably short) 12 characters.
