Added hccapx to hc22000 converter by this commit: https://github.com/ZerBea/hcxtools/commit/7956a9068707499ce99b6a22961f8481cae381bd and option hccapx= has been changed to hccapx-out=

$ hcxhashtool -h:
--hccapx-in=<file>           : inputput deprecated hccapx file
--hccapx-out=<file>          : output to deprecated hccapx file
