I have a mod that should trigger a random buff when listening to certain music ; it doesn't. Simpler examples (getting a focused buff when Wandering Maze) also do not work. I have checked to confirm that: that the trait is attached to the Sim, that the game actually perceives the interaction as the one that should be the trigger, and that the interaction has run longer than the ten-minute interval at which the game should be checking for it. Still nothing.
Loot actions (for buffs) that are based on interaction running conditions as part of a trait are not working.
