[ ] Humans should get +1 to every ability score and no special trait (Civil Militia and increased weight w/e that's called)
[ ] Try to implement Variant Human - again. +1 to 2 and start with feat
[ ] Mountain Dwarves should get +2/+2 instead of +2/+1
[ ] Half-Elves should get +2/+1/+1 (not sure if that's possible, though)

Variant Human: I tried to add a feat at level 1 or 2, but it doesn't work for some reason, I can't make race progression working. I was thinking of giving them +1 +1 +2 (the last one would be ASI feat).

For other races, I'm a heavy defender of racial ASI. Larian homebrew might give more diversity, but seeing a dwarf with 17 charisma kills me. If you follow that road, Half Elf is doable, with +2 in charisma and +1/+1. https://summoninggrounds.com/5e-racial-stat-bonus-chart/

I've tried implementing Variant Human in the past, but adding a feat selection to a race didn't seem to work the same it does for classes. Plus, Variant Humans are explicitly forbidden from taking the +2 ASI as their lvl 1 extra feat, so that's not RAW
