"OnApplyAndOnTurn" spells weren't applying damage to characters that played right after the caster's turn, since there's a small overlap where the target's turn started but the caster still had the status marking it was their turn
Changes the implementation of to make the aura itself apply a new damaging status only if it's the target's turn and if they didn't take damage yet. This stops the targets from being damaged instantly when forced into the AoE outside of their turn, but they will take damage if they start their turn there
It's worth noting that with the previous implementation, one damaging instance per turn was already enforced, so it's not a damage nerf, only a timing difference to when the damage is applied
Unfortunately, due to an inability of properly tracing down statuses sources when applied by summons, Cloud of Daggers and Moonbeam won't stack if multiple people cast it. Spirit Guardians stack nicely because it's an aura on the caster. I will still attempt to fix this later on
