Gcode macros

[ ] Add endstop checks in _MMU
[ ] skip loading when TOOL is already loaded in MMU_LOAD
[ ] split into mmu.cfg, remove printer basics and module imports
[ ] Add tools 3-7
[ ] Comment the code ;) and mark all places that need to be edited for a new installation.
