ft: Fix Typo, Error, Metadata, Queue, etc. #311

I made many changes in this PR such as:

Fixed typos.
Added queue.metadata.message and its timeout.
Removed some components:row so the old message buttons cannot be clicked after the bot shutdown or restarts.
Etc.

If you have any doubts about this PR, you can try the feature first (Please make some changes if needed, especially for queue.metadata.message timeout).

NOTE

I didn't fix the <${inter.member}> part which is still bug (Not actually mention) due to <Translate>.

Fix emptyChannel.js

Reason: It keeps sending the empty channel message even when leaveOnEmpty is set to false.

hello please look at #317. for now, I'm going to close this because it has been implemented in a more configurable way
