bing does not link #456

hello I just saw that bing does not give a link it gives me (^1^) (^2^) (^3^) a solution?

and yet another question when I ask him for a search on the internet he tells me ERROR: Something went wrong, please try again later!

ERROR MESSAGE: 'adaptiveCards' Bing is fail to continue the conversation, this conversation will automatically reset.
