zcm-spy-lite channel filters change the assigned ID to be based on number of visible channels

For example, if you have 50 channels publishing and filter that down to, say, 5, the IDs of those will not necessarily be 0-5. Moreover, they may change over time as new channels are published.

This is more of a convenience thing, but it would be very convenient.
