Upgrade Fmod from Fmodex to Fmod Studio.

Fmodex is the old version of Fmod that the engine is using, we need to upgrade it to Fmod Studio which is the latest version here is some links with documentation on how to do it:

• FMOD Studio API Download link, just need to scroll down and get to the Fmod Studio api section, get the SDK for Windows.
• The Engine documentation found on bigworld/doc/generated_html/client_programming_guide/ch18.html have information on how to update the FMOD libraries too.
