Improve Weather System and add Post-Processing Tab #5

The Weather System Tab on version 1.9 has almost no customization options and do not have a clear and easy way to preview the weather effects on the WorldEditor in real time, the indie 2.1 version has a better Weather Tab and is easy to preview how each weather affects the world in real time. The Post Processing Tab do not exist on the version 1.9 but on version 2.1 it gives you the option to customize it as you like and even gives you an easy to use editor to connect the post processing chains.

This has been done on the new version 2.0.1. We now have a fully working Post Processing and Weather just like on the indie version 2.1.
