Deploy to Google app engine

Can run the sample just great in local environment but the second i push to the 
app engine i receive this error:

com.caucho.quercus.servlet.GoogleQuercusServletImpl service: 
com.caucho.quercus.QuercusException: 
com.googlecode.objectify.ObjectifyService.register: null

this is the web xml so not sure what i am missing:

you should clean & change JDK in Java Compiler to 1.6

now I have other exception 

com.caucho.quercus.QuercusException: 
com.googlecode.objectify.ObjectifyService.register: Attempted to register kind 
'Locale' twice

Did you find a solution for this register Locale twice issue?  I am running 
into the same issue now.
