Feature description

“Lightning fast, modern web framework” is kind of stupid since it doesn’t really tell you anything about the project. We need a new one.

Choosing "A new web framework" for now. Will leave this open if anyone else has any better ideas.

When view.py progresses a bit more, the new description will be "The Batteries-Detachable Web Framework."
