Player context menu: watch game #183

Add the ability to spectate a player's game by clicking on the player and selecting "Watch game" from the popup menu.

This is already the case for MM battles. For custom rooms there is the ability to join their battle. If you don't have the password to join their battle then you cannot watch it.

Should there be an easier way to watch battles, without having to join battles (which may sound like you want to play), manually selecting spectate and then clicking the rejoin button?
