MM - add reject button #599

Sometimes you are talking to someone, or watching a game, or something like that and you forget you were in queue. Since you can't reject your whole screen is frozen for 30s, and the other person has to wait this period too.

This ticket is just a copypaste of Fealthas' ticket from the other repo, I don't remember whether I had an opinion at the time it was created.

At the moment I think a reject button is good. I used to lean towards it being bad on the grounds of being trollable (keep queuing up and rejecting) but then realized that's also doable by just not clicking accept and anyway is a social issue to be dealt with by the admins.
