Second Monitor windowed Chobby resizes too late on game load #86

When running Chobby in windowed mode on a second monitor, but ZK is set to borderless, sometimes when it shifts to the main monitor it doesn't size ZK right (leaves it around 1024x768), and in one case it crashed.

With the latest Chobby this issue happens every time a game startes. Thankfully, with engine 103.0.1-588 this issue resolves itself after game load, and no crashes have occurred since the initial report, but by that point the interface has already gotten disordered. Chobby will also often be moved to the main monitor once the game has finished.

It looks like engine 103.0.1-691 fixed the issue, at least with Aggressive Set Borderless on (further testing is needed). Either that or my workaround for #171 also works around this problem.

Further tested, my workaround for #171 was what was dealing with it.
