weird smurf detection #116

why are these accounts smurfs of each other? http://zero-k.info/Users/AdminUserDetail/30072 http://zero-k.info/Users/AdminUserDetail/152636

i guess because the ip 127.0.0.1 matches?

imo at least these two ips have to be excluded: 127.0.0.1 lobby.springrts.com (=irc bridge)

imo this "bug" makes the smurf list unusuable

i guess 78.46.100.157 should be added now...
