something on server causes VERY high load peaks causing lobby server + site to hang #147

it seems the windows vm produces way to much load which takes down springrts.com lobby server + site. i couldn't find any causing program/code on the springrts.com vm, this is why i'm pretty sure the cause is the windows vm.

someone with access to the windows vm has to fix / investigate this. a workarround could be, to restrict resources-usage of the windows vm in vmware.

for example: avoid stuff like polling, use events/notifications!

at ~ 10:58, and 14:30. (6 minutes ago)

Cause is windows vm operations of db backup. Its not happening now. Private services are being migrated out.
