Unused units show up in the featured units widget #2067

According to the code, the list is found in a text file: https://github.com/ZeroK-RTS/Zero-K-Infrastructure/blob/5ddec86591302bf858ac6c2f1e362a46952f0235/Zero-K.info/AppCode/SpotlightHandler.cs#L25

I haven't been able to check further because manual.zero-k.info has invalid HTTPS settings.

http://manual.zero-k.info/featured.txt works for me, I guess some lua from elsewhere generates this.
