Ladder does not load on site. Rank progress is stuck at 0%. I suspect that people only have their ranks because they require a game to update.

Ladders are back.

I'd close, but I'm suspicious that this might happen again.

Ladders will be down after a restart, as WHR is starting up. If they go down due to a WHR crash, they'll remain down until the next restart.

I could implement showing cached ladders while the system is down, but until now this was intentional.

This was WHR crash. Database timeout. It has no recovery mechanics.
